Bulletin, 12 January 2023 (Data publication, accessing your P60, call bookings and selling annual leave)
Welcome back after the recent recess and best wishes for the new year. Thanks to all those who completed the annual survey about IPSA’s work. We are reading all your responses and will share the findings later this year.

Next week we will be publishing details of MPs’ business costs for August and September 2022 as part of our routine publication of data every two months.
You can now access the latest batch of your business costs using the Publication Data service.

Accessing your P60
P60s are available on IPSA Online. These can be found in your personal documents archive.
Your P60 shows the taxable salary you've been paid and the tax you’ve paid on your salary in the tax year (6 April to 5 April).
It does not include pension deductions or Members' fund deductions as these are non-taxable.

Call bookings
MPs and their proxies can now book calls with our Homes, Offices and Security Team (HOST).
If you would like to talk about registering a new property, amending a current property, rent payments, deposit loans and more, please book a call slot and provide as much information as possible so we are best prepared to help you.
If you would like us to review lease agreements including draft agreements, please email the documents or submit a Property Registration/Amendment Form as soon as possible and in advance of the call.
We may need to liaise with our legal advisors which can take several days so please allow plenty of time for us to review before your call.
The first call booking slots are available from 17 January.
Selling annual leave
Following representations last year from Office Managers, as promised IPSA will again, for the final year, facilitate a system whereby a limited number of accrued annual leave days may be "sold back".
Taking annual leave is imperative for staff to rest, recuperate and be productive. This is particularly the case given the difficult circumstances MPs and their staff have experienced over the past few years.
However, the pandemic has resulted in some staff building up excessive amounts of annual leave. While we hope that staff will be able to take that leave, we wish to provide this temporary option to sell some leave as a tool to manage this unusual situation.
